We utilize 15 passenger vans and SUVs to transport teams to and from the airport and venue daily during our stay

Trip Expectations
Player Expectation
- Players are to arrive 2 hours prior to flight time and meet with team, team mom, and coach at the Southwest Check-In
- Personal item will be the players backpack with:

- All jerseys, RVC socks, Spandex, Vball shoes, RVC warm-ups, Knee pads, Ankle braces, water bottles (hydro flask), etc...

- Players must ALWAYS be in groups of 3 or more
- THIS RULE MUST BE FOLLOWED FOR THE SAFETY OF OUR PLAYERS
- Players are to follow curfew times
- Phones in
- Lights out
- No parents, siblings, friends, etc...in team rooms.
NO EXCEPTIONS! - Players are to help keep living quarters clean. We are to leave it how we found it. RVC will NOT be responsible for any damages to the house made by players.
- Prescription meds must be given to team mom, this is another item in place for player safety.
- EXCEPTION: Birth Control, Inhalers, Epi-Pens, and Diabetic Insulin
- Players are to remain with their team at all times
- We travel as a team we stay as a team
Team Chaperone Expectations
- Responsible for players when not on the court…hotel, pools, shopping, checking up, etc.…
- Team Moms (girls) / Team Dad (boys) rooms should be available to players at all times
- Will be available for parents to call to check up on their player
- Give prescriptions medications
- Collect all electronics at the end of day, charge phones, and return phones to players at the beginning of the next day.
- A van/suv will be available for Team Moms/Team Dad at all times
- to buy groceries
- transport players to and from venues
- take players to eat, site see, etc.…
- Only Coaches can ride with team in van/suv
- ONLY TEAM MOM / TEAM DAD ARE TO DRIVE THE VAN/SUV
